A Crack in Time,  the latest project-in-progress by Nettie Scriven‘s company Dragon Breath Theatre, has been awarded the Nottinghamshire Heritage Inspiration Award for Best Special Project 2014. The project had its first experimental outings in 2013 at the Papplewick Pumping Station heritage station, where the creative team explored the potential to animate the site through performance:

Buoyed by their award victory, and by the success of their first experiments, Dragon Breath will continue developing A CRACK IN TIME, including creating further educational resources and a digital animation of the site. Assisted by schools, museum staff and volunteers, the work will be completed in time for A CRACK IN TIME to spearhead a regional education programme at the Papplewick Pumping Station site in Summer 2015.
